The adjustable sports workout bench is designed for a wide range of exercises: arm spreading with dumbbells, various barbell and dumbbell presses, bent-over dumbbell rows and much more. For comfortable exercise at a negative angle of inclination of the bench, soft safety rollers are provided. The bench adjustment system is very simple and allows you to set it at the desired angle in a matter of seconds.
