This is a framed etching by the listed artist Richard Dahlquist (b.1944). Subject is an old mill with surrounding vegetation. Frame size is 7¾ x 5¾ inches. See photo #4 for signature. Dahlquist was born and raised in the Northwest. He studied at the University of Washington and the San Francisco Academy of Art. A wonderful soft but energetic style enhanced by subtle color and value changes describes his work best.
