The Console has a problem with the tray opening
We left one game disc in the tray - Madden 2002
You always need to leave one disc in the tray that’s how it opens.
Possible it needs some weight in the tray… no idea.
If you forget to leave a disc in the console it’s possible some light hitting on the top will do the magic too :)
