The Venhill Universal Automotive Throttle Cable Kit is a high-quality, "build-your-own" cable kit suitable for generally any automotive throttle application.This is a practical, durable kit for building your own throttle cable for a custom project, if you can no longer find cables for your vehicle, or if you just feel like you can do it better yourself.The conduit is spiral wound steel covered with tough black PVC.The inner liner is Teflon™ for smooth action and zero maintenance.The wire is galvanized steel for long life and easy soldering.One end of the inner wire is fitted with a barrel nipple (nominally 6mm dia x 10mm). The opposite end is fitted with a M6 threaded rod. One end will need to be desoldered or cut in order to fit the wire through the housing and then a nipple either clamped or soldered into place. The ferrules and adjusters are a snug fit. They may be bonded into place if preferred, or you can use a center punch to make a small indention in the side.
